ExecIdent provides digital business card services through subscription plans.

This Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations and billing refunds are handled.

The following terms apply to all subscriptions purchased through https://execident.com

Words with capitalised initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

1. “Company” (referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to ExecIdent, a Cloudtria Limited company.

2. “Service” refers to the ExecIdent platform available at https://execident.com

3. “Subscription” refers to any paid plan purchased through the Service.

4. “User” means the individual or business using the Service.

5. “Website” refers to ExecIdent, accessible from https://execident.com

6. "You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Your Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Because ExecIdent is a digital subscription service, there are no physical goods delivered. Subscription access begins immediately upon successful payment.

To cancel your subscription, log into your account dashboard and select “Cancel Subscription.”

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
